Aaron is a seasoned Insurance Professional and dedicated community leader with over 17 years of expertise in Commercial Insurance products across Alberta’s most important sectors, from farming and manufacturing to energy, education, and transportation.
He is the current Past Chair of the Alberta Chambers of Commerce, as well as former Past President of the Medicine Hat & District Chamber of Commerce. His deep community involvement, thorough understanding of the complexities and systems of the insurance industry, and expertise in liaising with government uniquely position him to identify and deliver solutions that benefit all Canadians.
Jeremy Rushton

Entrepreneur and innovator. Between building an Indigenous owned consulting company, creating a safe and secure database and mobile application that provides management tools for pipeline compliance and regulatory requirements, and over 20 proud years of experience in Alberta’s energy sector specializing in Operations, Integrity and Project Management, Jeremy’s story is as Albertan as the prairie sky.
His talent for identifying process gaps, streamlining operations, and maintaining clear and accurate information has earned him the trust of clients, the confidence of partners, and a reputation as a dynamic problem solver.
Seth Ellingson

Seth is a distinguished software architect with over a decade of experience in designing and developing cutting-edge software solutions. Graduating from the University of Lethbridge with a degree in Management Information Systems, his profound technical knowledge, strategic oversight, relentless pursuit of excellence and his ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly products are what make GRIP the safe, secure and transformative tool it is today.
Whether leading the development of custom web applications, integrating SaaS systems, or managing sophisticated geospatial applications, Seth excels in driving technology forward. His expertise in system analysis, project management, and the deployment of advanced web technologies across various platforms has enabled him to utilize vast datasets and APIs effectively, and his strategic management of complex cloud-based product developments has been pivotal in streamlining operations and boosting user engagement.
